Bad quality in general.
1/ The wheels started to disfunction just a few months after I bought the suitcase. And it broke right after.
No client service available to change it (as it is advertised to be a “sustainable” suitcase you can repair instead of throwing away).
2/ the handle has problems to squeeze down
3/ Last thing : the proper suitcase fell once from my bicycle and it broke… it is very thin and fragile.
And again no client service at all… I’ve been writing every month for 4 months now and still waiting for an answer.
Conclusion : for this price, I would definitely choose a real brand. This looks too non-professional.
